Bio:

I grew up in Richland, Washington and played all different sports growing up.  I had the hardest time choosing between running, soccer and basketball, but made the best choice! I went to Eastern Washington University where I ran cross country and track! I was lucky enough to have my best friends as teammates and also met my partner, Daniel. He is Australian and attended the same university to play basketball. He convinced me to move over about 5 years ago and I now live on the South Coast of Sydney in a little town called Stanwell Park.  I have always loved the track, but live next to a beautiful national park and have been gravitating toward the trails.  A major goal of mine is to PR in all of my running events from the 1500 to marathon. 

Outside of running, I love baking, reading, animals, yoga (I am a yoga teacher!), reformer pilates, cooking Mexican food, and completely spoiling my two beautiful cats!
